The Liberal Youth Scotland Executive have elected Alistair Carmichael to the position of Honorary President. Alistair is MP for Orkney and Shetland and the Liberal Democrat Chief Whip in the House of Commons.

President of Liberal Youth Scotland Sophie Bridger said: “I’m delighted that Alistair has agreed to be our Honorary President. He’s well liked among the membership, not just for the support he has shown LYS, but for the warmth and encouragement he has shown individual members.”

Ross Stalker as Vice President Communications. This result created a second OEM vacancy. The two OEM vacancies were filled by Alex White and David Evans.
